About Us

Peccole Management and Consulting


Peccole has over 20 years of experience in the development and management of over 800,000 SF of institutional grade commercial properties comprising nearly 200 national, regional and local tenants located in grocery-anchored shopping centers, medical offices, and Class A office buildings. In addition, we have managed 55 acres of land leases, and managed a 252 acre golf course.

William Bayne

President of PMC

William has been involved in the day to day operations of Peccole since 2006, managing over 194 tenants in more than a million SF of commercial space including a premiere golf course and multiple land leases. He has personally been involved in the disposition of portfolios valued at over $200 MM.


In addition, he has extensive restaurant experience in the development and management of Caddy’s on the Beach and D’Amico’s Pasta Grill in Florida and Smokehouse Pizza and BBQ, a multi unit restaurant in Utah. He’s currently an owner of Farm Basket, an expanding quick service restaurant in Las Vegas.

 

In the community, William sits on the board of directors of Friendship Circle, a non-profit organization focused on helping youth with special needs. He is the former president of Zion’s Youth Symphony and Chorus, a large youth-based orchestra and choir. He is also an active member of his church.


William Received his BS degree in Economics from Brigham Young University in 2001 and his MBA degree from Pepperdine University in 2015.

Kerry L. Walters

Director of Finance & Accounting

Kerry began employment with Peccole as the assistant controller in 1997 and was promoted to the Chief Financial Officer three years later. He has overseen all financial aspects of the corporation, including the construction and permanent financing of numerous multi-million dollar real estate projects. In addition to his work with PMC, Kerry is also the President and Owner of Peace of Mind Financial Services, LLC in Las Vegas.


Kerry served as the Treasurer for the UNLV Football Foundation from 1999 to 2017. He is also an active member of his church where he has served in a variety of capacities.


He graduated from Arizona State University in 1992 with a degree in Accounting, following which he accepted a position with the public accounting firm of Layton, Layton, Abney and Tobler in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Stephanie Shepherd

Stephanie Shepherd

Executive Assistant

Stephanie has been the Executive Assistant for Peccole since joining our team in 2019. She has taken on many roles from general administrative duties to property and project management. She works hard to develop relationships with our tenants and contractors acting as the bridge to ensure clients receive the attention they need. Prior to joining the Peccole team she worked in Information Technology and Software Management with MSTS, a contractor to the Nevada Test Site. She also comes with a finance and lending background having positions in the retail banking industry in both Nevada and Utah.


She enjoys interior design and last year oversaw the remodel of the Peccole offices in the Village Square shopping center. With a love for youth, she is active in the community and has served in many volunteer positions within her church and school district.

Kevin Bollinger

Facilities Director

Kevin has been the Director of Facilities for Peccole since 2000. He has overseen the day-to-day management of a million SF of commercial facilities including scheduling service, overseeing tenant improvements, and coordinating all other aspects of property maintenance. He is typically the first line of communication with tenants having cultivated a helpful working relationship with them over the years.


As an avid supporter of high school football, Kevin has used his photography skills to support and document the accomplishments of young athletes throughout the Las Vegas valley.
